I teach Introduction to Computational Structural Biology (math/bcb597) once every year, most time in the fall. Optimization Theory and Methods (math690v) is also offered once a year, with the content switching back and forth between (1) Constrained and Unconstrained Optimization and (2) Linear Programming, Integer and Combinatorial Optimization. As a faculty member in the math department, I have the obligation to teach some regular graduate or undergraduate math courses as well. So far, I have been teaching Multi-Variable Calculus (math265) and Ordinary Differential Equations (math267). I enjoy teaching. Students also like my classes in general.
