Math 141-142: Online Testing Practice

Deadline: Thursday July 11 (141) or Thursday July 4 (142)

First read the Online Testing page (including the important rules for the course), the Math Syntax page, and the Testing Notes. Then do the following:

1. If you have not done so already, create a user record in Math 141 or Math 142, depending on which course you are taking.
   • For "Student ID", enter your Social Security number.
2. Complete the Online Testing Practice assignment for Math 141 or Math 142. There are 22 questions dealing with the testing system and course rules. Take this exam as many times as you need until you pass it (I have set 20 as the "passing" level, but you should be able to get them all correct). This exam does not count for any credit, but it will help you learn how the testing system works and help you avoid problems in the future.
   • Directions: Click on the link above for your class, and then choose Online Testing Practice.
3. Go on to Unit 1.
