Dec 11 : My office hours on finals week are as follows (all in the afternoon): Monday 1-3, Tuesday 3-5, Wednesday 12-2 . Here are the answers to the Practice Test . Good luck on all your exams!
Dec 7 : Here is a link to some past Analytic Geometry Final Exams . Note that exam coverage in these past tests differ slightly from the current exam coverage; for example, problems related to rotation of axes (section 11.5) are omitted.
Dec 3 : Here is a Practice Analytic Geometry Exam .
Nov 13 : The Math 142 Final Exam (Analytic Geometry) will be held on Wednesday, Dec 16, 2009, 4:30 P.M.--6:30 P.M . Students from sections D1,D2,E1,E2 will take the exam in Gilman 1002, and students from sections F1,F2 will take the exam in Gilman 1352.

Oct 30 : Recitations and office hours on Thursday, November 5th are canceled. Instead, I will have extra office hours on Wednesday, November 4th during the following times: 11AM - 1PM, 3-5PM (Carver 486). You can attend any of the Tuesday and Wednesday recitations (see schedules above) if there is space.

Oct 16 : The Second Exam (Trigonometry Final) will be held on Wednesday, November 4 from 8:00 PM to 9:30 P.M. at Kildee 0125 . The exam covers sections 8.1-8.8, 9.2-9.3 in the text. Only scientific calculators are allowed . (No graphing calculators.) Here is a Practice Test .
Sept 28 : The First Exam is this Friday! Here are more practice problems .
Sept 17 : The First Exam will be held in-class (11:00-11:50 a.m., Carver 101) on Friday, October 2. The exam covers sections 7.1 through 7.8 in the text.
