There is a variety of online materials that comes with the textbook. They
are all accessible from MyLabsPlus, but you have to hunt and gather. I
have collected most of the links in one place. You may find others when you are logged into MyLabsPlus. More explanations are at the end
of this page.

This is the entire textbook in online form, but it is much more than that.
There are clickable links embedded in it which take you to tutorial exercises
and videos. Watch for these icons:
The online textbook cannot be saved to your local machine. It is actually
a Flash movie. If it doesn't work, try upgrading your Flash plugin.
For every section there are several video clips where an instructor solves
a problem similar to a problem in the text. If you access the videos from
the online textbook you can see which problem he is working on. If you
access the videos from the table above, you can browse the videos for the whole
section.
The videos require a Quicktime plugin. If they don't work for you, try upgrading
your Quicktime plugin.
These are short PDF files you can use to review a section.
Each file contains about two pages of review questions, plus the solutions
in later pages.
These PowerPoint slides summarize the main points of each section. They are
probably meant to be used by the instructor to summarize a section, but the
students could also use them for review.
For each section, these handouts describe how to use Excel to solve the problems
in this section. For doing the Excel assignments in our class you are probably
better off studying our own Excel tutorials, but you may find these handouts
useful as well.
For each section, these handouts describe how to use TI graphing calculators
to solve the problems in this section. At least that is the theory.
