Giants are humanoids of above-average size. They often use arms and armor as men or elves and learns spells. On the other hand they are more likely to have monster powers. Some types are detailed as to general characteristics below.
Fire Giants Fire Giants are ten to twelve feet tall. They have skin varying from pink to brick red, gold, black, or red hair, and red or yellow eyes. They like fire and withstand fire damage well. They are often accomplished metalsmiths, fearsome in battle, and consider themselves the natural masters of the world.
Frost Giants Frost giants are nine to eleven feet tall. They have pink, white, or pale-blue skin, white, blue, or pink eyes, and white, silver, or blond hair. They can stand the most intense cold and are friendly with water, air, and darkness. They are skilled in illusion, working of leather, and in working with furs and woods. They are arrogant and consider themselves to be the natural leaders in any land where they live.
Ogres Ogres are a hairless, grey-skinned giant humanoid. Ogres vary from the size of large ment to the size of small frost giants. They are tough all out of proportion to their size but compensate for it with stupidity.
Lesser Giants Lesser giants are an seven to eight foot tall human-like race. They have skin varying from pale white to muddy brown. Their hair is black, gray or brown, and their eyes are red or brown. They are constantly hungry for meat and love ale or wine. They are primiteve, dressing in skins and using blubs and rocks.
Trolls Trolls are a old race that has been pushed into mountian fastnesses and underground by younger, more vigorous races. They have grey or brown skin and black or gray eyes with little or no hair. They cannot stand the light of the sun (turning to stone when exposed to it) and the more powerful sort of trolls live on planes where the suns light does not reach. They vary in size and appearance more than most other races.

This is a standard frost giant warrior. His axe is slow but devastating when it hits. Typically he carries d3+1 boulders in a sack under his arm.
