I'll Take One of Everything
A pangram is a sentence that uses all the letters of the alphabet.
Some sentences, commonly used to practice typing skills, are
almost, but not quite, pangrams:
-
Now is the time for all good men to come to the aid of their country.
Most pangrams use a few letters several times:
-
Pack my box with five dozen liquor jugs.
-
The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog.
-
Jackdaws love my big sphinx of quartz.
-
How quickly daft jumping zebras vex.
-
Quick wafting zephyrs vex bold Jim.
-
Waltz, nymph, for quick jigs vex Bud.
-
Bawds jog, flick quartz, vex nymphs.
The "best" pangrams use each letter exactly once, becoming,
in the process, close to gibberish:
-
Blowzy night-frumps vex'd Jack Q.
-
Cwm, fjord-bank glyphs vext quiz.
-
Fjord-buck zags whelm qvint pyx.
-

-

-

-

-

-

-
