      I chose the self-paced section.
      I wanted the lecture section, but could not get in.

      I haven't really needed any help;
      I went to a recitation;
      I went to the TA's office;
      I got help in the Math Computer Lab, 449 Carver;
      I got help in the Math Help Room, 196 Carver;

      I joined a study group;
      I asked one of my friends;
      I needed help many times and couldn't get it;

  4. Which features of the computer testing system did you like?
      I can take the test almost any day and any time;
      I can take the test several times;
      The tests are graded immediately;
      The practice tests really help me learn the material;

  5. Which features of the computer testing system gave you trouble?
      I got NO credit for answers that were very close to the right answer;
      I often had trouble understanding what a problem was asking;
      Many problems would have been more clear if they had included a picture;
      I had trouble telling when to use an exact answer, and when to use a decimal value;
      The previewer sometimes did not display my answer correctly;
      The computer was very slow to respond during a test;
      The computer crashed while I was taking a test;
      Some of my answers "disappeared" while I was taking a test;
      The computer seems to have "lost" one or more of my test scores;

  6. How hard is the material in this course?
      The material is pretty easy to learn.

      When I knew the material, I did well on the exam;

      I didn't notice any cheating;
      I believe there was some cheating;
      There was a lot of cheating;

  11. Which ONE improvement would most have helped you?
      more office hours for the TA's;
      an organized study group;
      a weekly formal lecture;
      more computer lab hours;
      a TA in the lab during test times;
      some way to get partial credit for "almost right" answers;

  12. How did you like this course format?
      I liked this self-paced, web-based approach. I would take a course like this again.
      I would rather have taken a large lecture course, and I will avoid a course like this.

  13. Please comment on the course. Was there someone you want to thank? Did the recitations and office hours work for you? Were there particular things about the testing system that you had trouble with?
