Your course grade will be determined from [25%] Class participation. Students work out assigned proofs at the board in small groups. Attendance is essential: it is not feasible to "make up" the work of a missed class meeting. [50%] Written proofs will be due at each class meeting. Proofs will be graded for mathematical completeness and correctness and for the quality of the writing. [25%] There will be two in-class exams and a final exam.
